Abstract

Oemah Ong" is one of the oyster mushroom business groups in Tampaksiring village, which was built on the condition of existing natural resources. “

Oemah Ong" was chosen as a program partner, because in carrying out its efforts to go into an independent productive business and on its way to improving the welfare, economy and living standards of members, it has several problems that were revealed through observations and interviews with the manager. The solution to the problem is carried out through stages of activities, the title of "Oemah Ong" Development Based on productivity and Diversification of Oyster Mushroom Processed Products."Oemah Ong" UKM necessary to provide assistance in the application of science and technology that can help and accelerate for the realization of an independent productive oyster mushroom business, so that it can improve the lives and welfare of owners and members and their families. Many things and issues that need special attention for the progress and sustainability of the business, therefore the knowledge and skills capable of all the managers of UKM absolutely must be owned and improved, as well as the high commitment that has been formed must be maintained for the achievement of the oyster mushroom business "Oemah Ong" that is productive and independent.
