Pendidikan Pola Hidup Sehat Dan Penggunaan Obat Yang Rasional Sejak Dini Untuk Meningkatkan Derajat Kesehatan Masyarakat
Simple habits can help children to maintain good health. As part of healthcare professionals, pharmacists can contribute significantly in helping government programs in educating children to familiarize a healthy lifestyle. There are several things we can do: Actively provides education about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and provide a role model from education that prioritizes cleanliness. Thus it is necessary to educate the public, especially to children about how to maintain good health, and healthy lifestyle. Rational use of drugs is also very good to be introduced early so that caution in the use of drugs is embedded in their habits early on. This educational program was held on November 14, 2019 at SDN 5 Dauh Puri, Denpasar Barat. The program is carried out in the form of education and donations. Educated drug use education, habits of clean lifestyle, proper washing of hands, as a model for the application of healthy lifestyles, as well as the introduction of the pharmaceutical profession through demonstrations on how to compound aromatherapy oil. The pre-test and post-test designs were used to assess the success of the program. In general, there was an increase in the knowledge of the activity participants. The calculation results show that the median pretest score is 7 while the median posttest score is 8.5 so that it can be determined that there is an increase in the knowledge of counseling participants by 21.43%. According to the Wilcoxon test results, the results obtained were significant differences between participants' knowledge before counseling and after counseling p = 0.001 with 95% confidence level). These results show that the program is very effective.
